Deine Aufgaben
  • Ganzheitliche kommunikative Beratung und Begleitung von Kunden aus den Bereichen Energie, Infrastruktur und Industrie
  • Übernahme und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Gesamt- oder Teilprojekten (je nach Umfang und Größe):
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kommunikativer Ansätze und Handlungsempfehlungen
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsinstrumenten und -materialien
    • Planung, Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Durchführung von (Dialog-)Veranstaltungen
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Stakeholder- und Themenfeldanalysen
    • Entwicklung und redaktionelle Aufbereitung komplexer Themen
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und freier Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Eigenständige inhaltliche und organisatorische Kundenführung in Teilprojekten, Controlling und Projektmanagement
Das bringst du mit
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der PR, politischen Kommunikation oder Journalismus
  • Gutes Know-how und Expertise im Bereich der Kommunikationskonzeption und Strategieentwicklung sowie der Stakeholderkommunikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Energie- bzw. Infrastrukturbereich
  • Ein offenes Wesen, ein überzeugendes, sicheres Auftreten und einen Blick für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden
  • Entscheidungsfreude, eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, idealerweise Erfahrung in der Koordination und Leitung kleiner Teams
  • Ein Gespür für die Anforderungen verschiedener Zielgruppen (Redaktionen, Bürger*innen, Träger öffentlicher Belange) und crossmedialer Formate von Print bis Social Media
  • Erfahrungen in der Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
  • Reisebereitschaft, Führerschein Klasse B

Your responsibilities
  • Holistic communicative consulting and support for clients in the energy, infrastructure und and industry sectors
  • Assume responsibility for independently handling the content-generation, organisation and client management for entire or partial projects:
    • Devising and executing communications strategies, PR concepts and recommendations for action
    • Development and implementation of communication tools and materials
    • Planning, preparation, follow-up and executing of (dialogue) events
    • Devising and executing of stakeholder and thematic field analyses
    • editorial preparation of complex topics
  • Independent coordination of external service providers, project partners and freelancers
  • Controlling and project management
What you bring to the table
  • A university degree and at least three years of professional experience in the field of PR, political communications or journalism, ideally in a communications agency
  • Good familiarity with and expertise in conceiving communications and developing strategies and with stakeholdercommunication
  • Ideally experience in the energy or infrastructure sector
  • A willingness to make decisions, a structured, solution-oriented way of working, ideally experience in coordinating and leading small teams
  • A feel for the requirements of different target groups (editorial offices, citizens, public bodies) and cross-media formats from print to social media
  • Experience in the conception, planning and implementation of events
  • Willingness to travel, driving licence class B
