INTERN MOTION DESIGN (F*M*D)

Your responsibilities

Would you like to gain your first practical insights into the work of a communications agency? Then you've come to the right place, because we are looking for support for our creative department, navos Create, in Berlin from January 2025. Support our motion designers in designing communication measures that make heads turn, necks crane and ears perk up.

​YOUR TASKS:

  • As part of our team, you will be involved in smaller and larger motion projects right from the start - from initial budget brainstorming to animation in After Effects
  • Depending on your skill level, you can also implement smaller projects completely independently with us
  • You work offline and with digital tools (e. g. Teams, Microsoft 365, Vimeo, Milanote) 
  • Support in producing and implementing our motion projects, which include all types of contemporary motion design: from explanatory, image, brand and promotional films to short animated social media snippets or UI animations for websites

What you bring to the table

  • You are enrolled as a student at a university within the EU or you are taking part in a funded exchange program
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • You are familiar with Adobe Cloud - After Effects and Illustrator, 2D animation, board and animatics, 3D, Blender and Cinema 4D
  • You have a knack for movement, color, visual aesthetics, moving typography, illustration and presentation
  • Enthusiasm for developing ideas and interacting with social media
  • Openness towards and interest in working with generative AI 
  • Flexibility / commitment / diligence
  • Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills 
  • Independent and structured work

  • Real agency life on site, but working from home is an option
  • Your mandatory internship with us will be remunerated (750,- EUR / month gross). For administrative reasons, however, we can only offer it to you if you are enrolled at a university within the EU or if you are participating in a funded exchange program.
