Deine Aufgaben
Du willst erste praktische Einblicke in die Arbeit einer Kommunikationsagentur erhalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig, denn für unsere Kreativabteilung navos Create am Standort Berlin suchen wir ab September 2025 Verstärkung. Unterstütze unsere Motion-Designer*innen dabei, Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zu gestalten, nach denen sich Köpfe drehen, Hälse recken und Ohren ausrichten.

Das sind deine Tätigkeiten:

  • Als Teil unseres Teams bist du von Anfang an bei kleineren und größeren Motion-Projekten dabei – vom ersten Brainstorming bis hin zur Animation in After Effects
  • Kleinere Projekte kannst du bei uns, je nach Skilllevel, auch komplett selbstständig umsetzen
  • Du arbeitest offline und mit digitalen Tools (u.a. Teams, Microsoft 365, Vimeo, Milanote) 
  • Unterstützung bei der Produktion und Umsetzung unserer Motion-Projekte, die alle Spielarten des zeitgemäßen Motion-Designs umfassen: von Erklär-, Image-, Brand- und Promotion-Filmen, bis hin zu kurzen animierten Social Media-Snippets oder UI-Animationen für Websites
Das bringst du mit
  • Du bist immatrikuliert als Student*in an einer Hochschule innerhalb der EU oder nimmst an einem geförderten Austauschprogramm teil
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Adobe Cloud - After Effects und Illustrator, 2D Animation, Board- und Animatics, 3D, Blender, Cinema 4D sind keine Fremdwörter für dich, sondern idealerweise deine Komfortzonen 
  • Ein Gespür für Bewegung, Farbe, Bildästhetik, bewegte Typografie, Illustration und Präsentation
  • Begeisterung für Ideenentwicklung und Social Media
  • Offenheit und Interesse am Umgang mit generativer KI 
  • Flexibilität / Engagement / Sorgfalt
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent 
  • Eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
Das erwartet dich bei uns
  • Das echte Agenturleben vor Ort, aber auch im Homeoffice möglich 
  • Dein Pflichtpraktikum bei uns wird vergütet (750,- EUR / Monat brutto). Aus administrativen Gründen können wir es dir aber nur anbieten, wenn du an einer Hochschule innerhalb der EU immatrikuliert bist oder an einem geförderten Austauschprogramm teilnimmst.

Your responsibilities
Would you like to gain your first practical insights into the work of a communications agency? Then you've come to the right place, because we are looking for support for our creative department, navos Create, in Berlin from January 2025. Support our motion designers in designing communication measures that make heads turn, necks crane and ears perk up.

​YOUR TASKS:

  • As part of our team, you will be involved in smaller and larger motion projects right from the start - from initial budget brainstorming to animation in After Effects
  • Depending on your skill level, you can also implement smaller projects completely independently with us
  • You work offline and with digital tools (e. g. Teams, Microsoft 365, Vimeo, Milanote) 
  • Support in producing and implementing our motion projects, which include all types of contemporary motion design: from explanatory, image, brand and promotional films to short animated social media snippets or UI animations for websites
What you bring to the table
  • You are enrolled as a student at a university within the EU or you are taking part in a funded exchange program
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • You are familiar with Adobe Cloud - After Effects and Illustrator, 2D animation, board and animatics, 3D, Blender and Cinema 4D
  • You have a knack for movement, color, visual aesthetics, moving typography, illustration and presentation
  • Enthusiasm for developing ideas and interacting with social media
  • Openness towards and interest in working with generative AI 
  • Flexibility / commitment / diligence
  • Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills 
  • Independent and structured work

  • Real agency life on site, but working from home is an option
  • Your mandatory internship with us will be remunerated (750,- EUR / month gross). For administrative reasons, however, we can only offer it to you if you are enrolled at a university within the EU or if you are participating in a funded exchange program.
